Shipping Policy

For orders under $100, shipping fee will appy.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

International Shipping:​

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and US territory Puerto RIco. We hope to expand our shipping options to international destinations in the future.

 

Order Tracking:

Shipping Restrictions:

Please provide a physical address for shipping.

Orders may be subject to additional processing time during peak seasons or holidays.

 

Free Shipping Policy:

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the continental United States and US territory Puerto Rico. No promo code is required; the free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please send us an email with the request at customerservicehulahoop@gmail.com, and we will contact you with the instructions, For shipping orders store credit is granted within 14 days of purchase.  For In Store Pickup, store credit is granted within 7 days of purchase.

Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. No money return only store credit.
